Product Introduction:
The stabilizer of environmental protection cable material is generally calcium-zinc stabilizer.
It is important that the PVC cable material that meets the REACH standard cannot use 16 kinds of substances such as DEHP as plasticizers.
Non-environmental cable materials generally use lead salts as stabilizers. Because they contain heavy metals such as lead, chromium, cadmium, mercury, barium and other heavy metals, they will cause great damage to the environment and human health, and are subject to more and more national restrictions or Prohibited to use.
The insulation and sheath of wires and cables used in low voltage (below 1 k V) lines and electrical equipment can be covered with PVC, while the sheaths of medium and high voltage (greater than 6 k V) wires and cables are mostly PVC Cladding.

The standard finish of all cables consists of an extruded black PVC oversheath, the external surface of which is embossed with the appropriate legend.
The oversheath PVC grade is usually Type TM 1 or Type 9 to BS 7655 although other grades, e.g., Type 5 (85°C Hard) PVC or PVC sheath with anti-termite properties can be provided when specified. The PVC grade is ST2 for cables conforming to IEC 60502- 1 standard.
