XLPE is another material which is used as insulation material.
XLPE can be used across low voltage cables up to high voltage cables as it possesses enhanced properties as compared to other insulating materials like PVC.
It offers high tensile strength, impact resistance, insulation and won’t melt at elevated temperatures.
XLPE insulation provides a high water tree resistance due to which this particular insulation is suitable for LT and HT cables.
Cross linked polyethylene for low Voltage Cable XLPE-LV
Jiangxi Anan offers different products with best processing and testing and ambient curing properties. our XLPE is a saline cross linkable natural compound designed for low voltage power cables. The base material in combination with the catalyst Masterbatch will accelerate the moisture included crosslinking reaction. The system is highly active and crosslinks quickly in sauna or hot water. the product range covers the power and overhead applications.

it is recommended to use a conventional extruder (three-layer co-extrusion, length-diameter ratio of 20:1 to 30:1)for operation, and other equipment needs to be adjusted according to the situation.
